Baking Soda & Maple Syrup

One of our members got this from Dr Ronald Sutton who passed away at age 99.  He was still driving and digging his amazing veg patch, but his wife passed away a month before.  He went to bed one night and died peacefully.  He was a true Gem of a man.


Put one 250ml bottle of pure canadian maple syrup into a small pot

Mix in 4.5 Tablespoons of organic (alluminium free) baking soda and mix to remove any lumps

Hold this pot over a bigger pot of boiling water.  Stir continuously for 5 mins.  This burns very easily, so as soon as it starts to foam remove from the heat and

continue stirring and don't stop until the 5 mins are up.  It has to be done over a super low heat or will burn and taste bad.

When the 5 mins are up, jar into a clean and steralised jar and keep at room temp.  It will separate again, so give it a good stir which will combine it again.

Take 1 teaspoon per hour for at least 8 hours during the day if the cancer is bad, and take one teaspoon daily for one of the best alkalisers we know of.

As our blood cells crave sugar, it draws the soda into the cell, so it alkalises on a cellular level.  For diabetics they would need to reduce carbohydrates from the diet

to lessen sugar intake while using the syrup.


Alkaline kills cancer cells and this has been known since the dawning of time but big Pharma can't tax it.......  We have seen for ourselves over the years the

difference it makes.  Naturally this will work best if chemo or radiation treatment has not taken place, as this destroys the immune system.

This has been known to cure cancer.


The other one which I have used in the past and now have my blood pressure under control is Olive Leaf extract.


Take a handful of fresh green olive leaves.  Put them in a pot and just cover with water.  Simmer for 15 minutes, but do not remove the lid or the goodness escapes in

the vapour.  Jar up and it will keep in the fridge for 3 weeks.  Take only 1 teaspoon and check your blood pressure in 30 minutes.  If it is still high take another teaspoon

and re check your blood pressure and repeat until it is back to normal.
